At Ramzi Aroma, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below.

 Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • All original packaging, including seals and labels, must be intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perfume oils
  • Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@ramziaroma.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it with the same product at no additional cost. Contact us to arrange the exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
